This e-book is an anthology of poems, from the deepest and darkest times of depression. imprisoning my anxiety and depression into poetic cells provided a cathartic effect. Composing poems is not a cure for mental illness but it can be soothing until psychotherapy takes hold.
I’m not sure who will actually be interested in these poems. But they are here for any who want them.
